Touch ‘n Go eWallet introduces new features from time to time, and now, to coincide with the Lunar New Year, Touch ‘n Go eWallet introduces a new feature for sending red packets to groups, also known as Money Packet.
The so-called group red packet or Money Packet feature is that users can set the number of red packets to be sent out and the total amount, as long as Touch ‘n Go eWallet users scan the QR code or click on the link of the group red packet, they can grab the New Year red packet.
Each user who scans the QR code or clicks the link to the group red packet will receive a different amount of red packets, and the system will randomly assign red packets to users. Users can choose to send a group red packet to 2 to 100 users and the maximum total amount of each group red packet is RM1,000.
The QR code or link of the group red packet is only valid for 24 hours, any unclaimed red packet after 24 hours will automatically expire and will be returned to the original owner. Each user can send a maximum of 10 group red packets at the same time. Users can choose to terminate the group red packets at any time after sending them, and can also check the status of the group red packets.
For Touch ‘n Go eWallet users who want to send a group of red packets in the New Year, you can update Touch ‘n Go eWallet to the latest version, and then open Touch ‘n Go eWallet. You will see the Money Packet section, click on it to enter the Money Packet and then you can start sending out red packets.
How do I send money packets on Touch ‘n Go eWallet?
Step 1: Open Touch ‘n Go eWallet’s Transfer.
Step 2: Select Money Packet.
Step 3: Click Create Money Packet.
Step 4: Enter the details of the bonus packet.
Step 5: Click Preview to preview the bonus packet.
Step 6: Check the details of the bonus packet.
Step 7: Click Create Money Packet to create a group bonus packet.
Step 8: Enter the 6-digit PIN.
Step 9: Share your red packet link or QR code.
Step 10: Check who has received your bonus packet.
