DiGi roaming service provides 30GB of data.
When travelling abroad, it is not necessary to purchase a local SIM card; instead, you can use TM’s roaming service.
Digi offers a number of roaming services, including up to 30GB of Internet data. You can select 1-day, 3-day, 7-day, 14-day, or 30-day roaming service for as low as RM95.
If you only go for a day and use the roaming service in a single country, the charge is RM15 for 500MB and 10 minutes of calls. If you select the three-day roaming service, you will be charged RM25 for 2GB of data and 30 minutes of call time.
There are one-day and three-day roaming options available.
Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Australia, Brunei, China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Myanmar, Philippines, Korea, and Taiwan offer one-day and three-day roaming services. When you sign up for three days of roaming service in Singapore, Indonesia, or Thailand, you will receive an additional 2GB.
If you are travelling abroad for 14 days or more, you can choose 14 days of roaming service for RM75, which includes 4GB of Internet data and 60 minutes of calling. To get an extra 4GB of internet data, sign up for roaming services in Singapore, Indonesia, and Thailand.
If you are going to be away for more than 30 days, you can choose a 30-day roaming service. This roaming service costs RM95 and includes 30GB of Internet data and 30 minutes of calling. It is available in over 60 countries worldwide.
You can pre-register for Digi’s roaming service via the MyDigi APP and choose an effective date. On the selected date, roaming service will be activated between 12:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m.
If you are already abroad, you can sign up for roaming service by dialling *800*3#, and you will receive relevant SMS notifications.
