The Malaysian Meteorological Department has released its weather forecast for the coming week, and many states in our country will continue to face wet weather.
According to the information released by the Malaysian Meteorological Department, wet weather will occur on the east coast of the peninsula and eastern Sabah. Thunderstorms and rain will be expected in the afternoon and early evening for the northern parts of Sabah, western and central Sarawak, and the west coast of the peninsula.
The west coast of the peninsula will be facing thunderstorms and rain in the afternoon and the early evening which includes Kedah, Perak, Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya, Negeri Sembilan, Melaka, Johor, and inland Pahang.
The Malaysian Meteorological Department also issued a first-level warning of strong winds and waves, and there will be strong winds and waves in the South China Sea from February 2 to February 7.
