KFC launched a promotional discount for three RM33 packages from December 12th to 14th, but the KFC website and APP were down, and the public bombarded KFC.
KFC has launched a promotional offer for three sets of RM33 in conjunction with the arrival of 12.12. This promotion will take place from December 12 to 14, 2022. When purchasing three Snack Plate packages, people only need to pay RM33, which means that an average package only costs RM11.
When KFC launched this promotion, however, both the KFC website and the KFC APP were slow or even crashed. At noon on December 13, a statement titled We’ll Be Right With You appeared on the KFC website and APP, urging customers to order food through Grab, FoodPanda, and Shopee.
Since September of this year, KFC has released an updated version of its website and app. However, the system of this upgraded version of the website and app is unstable, frequently crashing and responding slowly, leaving people unable to order food through the KFC website or app.
But what I didn’t expect was that the KFC website and APP were unavailable during the period when KFC launched three packages for RM33 and offered a discount. If you’re planning to buy KFC’s three-meal deal for RM33, you might want to reconsider.
