How to buy a TNG NFC card and key ring?
Have you had trouble purchasing a TNG NFC card and TNG NFC key ring? This could be due these three factors!
TNG NFC cards and TNG NFC key rings will be available for purchase on a daily basis. If you still can’t buy them easily, you should consider whether you made these mistakes.
1. You have already purchased
TNG’s stock of TNG NFC cards and TNG NFC key rings is limited, and each Lazada user can only purchase one TNG NFC card and two TNG NFC key rings within six months. If you have already purchased it, you can only wait 6 months before purchasing it again. Otherwise, you can create a new Lazada account to make purchases.
2. Your TNG eWallet is not have enough money
The TNG NFC card costs RM10.00 plus RM4.90 shipping, for a total cost of RM14.90. The TNG NFC key ring costs RM30 plus RM4.90 in shipping, for a total cost of RM34.90.
TNG eWallet must be used to pay for TNG NFC cards and key rings purchased on Lazada, so make sure you have enough money in your TNG eWallet.
3. You added items to your shopping cart but did not complete the payment.
To see if you have any outstanding TNG NFC transactions, go to My Orders on Lazada. If you previously added an item to your shopping cart but did not pay, you will have an unpaid transaction; simply delete the transaction and you will be able to purchase successfully the next time the TNG NFC product is restocked.
