The application for RM100 eMADANI e-wallet reward was rejected? You may have made 6 mistakes.
The eMADANI electronic wallet reward program has officially opened for applications. As long as Malaysian citizens aged 21 or above with an annual income of no more than RM100,000 can apply. E-wallets participating in this program include Setel, MAE, ShopeePay and Touch ‘n Go eWallet.
If your application is rejected, you may have made the following mistakes. The name or ID number you entered does not match the information in the JPN database. The name and ID number you provide must be based on the information on the MyKad.
Notice! Each person can only apply on one e-wallet platform. If you apply on more than one e-wallet platform, your application may be rejected.
Current students who have received the eBeliaRahmah youth e-wallet award before are not eligible for this eMADANI e-wallet award.
In addition, if the applicant’s annual income does not exceed RM100,000, but has not filed taxes, applied for government assistance, or updated income information with the Inland Revenue Board, this may result in the eMADANI application being rejected. Because the government cannot know your actual income.
If your eMADANI application is rejected, you may have made the following mistakes
1. Apply in more than 1 e-wallet.
2. The format of the name or ID number is incorrect.
3. The name provided is different from the name on the MyKad.
4. The ID number does not match the information in the JPN database.
5. Non-Malaysian citizens or non-Malaysian card holders
6. The applicant’s tax information has not been updated.
