Covid-19 casual contacts will be alerted via MySejahtera, and their status will no longer be marked as “yellow.”
The status of Covid-19’s regular contacts would not change on MySejahtera, but they will be notified via the app, according to Health Minister Khairy Jamaluddin.
Those who are traced in contact with Covid-19 positive cases would just receive a notification telling them that there are casual contacts.
Previously, when the MySJ trace/check-in detected someone as a casual contact of a positive case, their MySJ status would change to yellow” (for casual contact).
Although there is no longer a difference in colour (yellow), the person will be notified. Isolate people who are experiencing symptoms and perform the self-test.
