Attention! All KWSP branches in Malaysia will shorten their opening hours, which is 8.30am to 3pm effectively from February 1, 2021.
The current opening hours of KWSP is from 8.30am to 4.30pm. It will be shortened by an hour and a half starts from February. This changes applied to all services provided by counters and Kiosks.
The Provident Fund Board urges members to make appointments online before going to branches to handle various matteres. Members can make an appointment 30 days in advance, or at least 1 hour in advance.
After making the appointment, you will receive an email and SMS notification. If you would like to make changes of your appointment in the future, you can click on the link in your email.
Members must arrive 10 minutes in advance at the KWSP, wear a mask, use a hand sanitizer ,take temperature check and maintain social distance.
Members who are interested in handling matters with the KWSP, you can visit https://www.kwsp.gov.my/ms/janjitemu, and select the nearby KWSP branch, then follow the instructions to complete the appointment.
