MySejahtera has added a new feature that allows users to report people who violate the SOP!
According to health Minister Khairy Jamaluddin‘s tweet, MySejahtera will add Aduan’s reporting function, which allows users to take photos and report violations of standard operating procedures (SOP).
Users can open the home page of MySejahtera and see the columns of Aduan, which they can then click to enter. Users have four options: reporting failure to wear a mask and observe the physical distance, failing to take a customer’s temperature or record customer information, failing to comply with quarantine orders, and others (ISU-ISU lain).
Users then need to enter the location of the incident and choose to upload the photo from the phone’s photo library or take a picture on the spot. After checking all information, users can click Hantar to submit a report.
