How to change Public Bank Debit Card online?

You can now replace your Public Bank Debit Card online

You can replace your bank card online with Public Bank’s help; there’s no need to visit the branch; the new card will be mailed to you.

You can update your bank card if you use the public bank by logging into your PBe online account. Public Bank will mail the bank card to your door when you log into the account and complete the mailing details.

There is an expiration date on each bank card. Debit cards typically have a validity duration of roughly 6 years, however credit cards only have a validity period of 4 years. Each bank card will include the phrase Valid Thru followed by a series of numbers, such as 07/28, and it denotes that the expiration date is July 2028.

Any card that has expired will automatically become invalid, making it unable to make online transfers, in-person purchases, or withdrawals.

How to Change Public Bank Debit Card Online

Step 1: Log in to the web version of the PBe account.

Step 2: Select Profile Maintenance.

Step 3: Select Manage Card Profile.

Step 4: Select Renew PB Lifestyle Debit Card.

Step 5: Select the Debit Card to be replaced.

Step 6: Enter a mailing address.

Step 7: Enter the OTP verification code to complete the verification process.

Step 8: Done.
