The terms and conditions for Shopee free shipping vouchers have changed!
Customers in West Malaysia can only get a discount of RM3, and customers in East Malaysia can only get a discount of RM8, as stated in the terms and restrictions of Shopee’s most recent free shipping vouchers.
After subtracting the RM3 free shipping discount, the shipping charge for West Malaysia is RM4.50, which means that customers must additionally pay the RM1.50 freight fee.
For East Malaysia, shipping is RM10. Consumers must also pay the RM2.00 shipping fee in addition to the RM8 free shipping discount.
A few months ago, Shopee also decreased the amount of items that might be covered by a free shipping voucher. Up to 7 items could previously be checked out simultaneously with each free shipping voucher, but this limit was recently lowered to only 3.
Do you still intend to use Shopee’s free shipping coupons with a maximum shipping discount of RM1.50 or RM2.00 for shipping?
