Yes officially launches eSIM!

Usually, when you use mobile telecommunication services, you need to install a SIM card in order to make calls, send SMS and surf the internet, etc. However, eSIM does not require a physical SIM card. However, eSIM does not require a physical SIM card, and you just need to complete the relevant settings.

Telecommunications companies such as Digi, Maxis, XOX and Celcom have already launched eSIM years ago, and now Yes has launched 5G eSIM. eSIM is available to subscribers of Yes Power 35 Postpaid, Yes Infinite+ Postpaid and Yes FT5G Unlimited Prepaid plans. Yes Power 35 Postpaid, Yes Infinite+ Postpaid and Yes FT5G Unlimited Prepaid plans.

It is important to note that not all mobile phones support eSIM, only flagship phones support eSIM at the moment. from the Yes website, flagship phones from Samsung, Honor, Oppo, XiaoMi, and Vivo support eSIM, while the Yes website does not show that iPhones support Yes’ eSIM.

If you’re an existing Yes user and you want to switch from a physical SIM to an eSIM, you can open the MyYes APP, select Replacement SIM, and follow the instructions. Then select INSTALL in the eSIM Installation pending section on the homepage of MyYes APP.
