According to Telekom Malaysia (TM)’s official website, the newly launched unifi Air 5G package offers unlimited 5G data at RM149 per month, which is available to you as long as your home is within the 5G network coverage area.
Upon signing up for the unifi Air 5G package, you will receive a free WiFi 6 enabled Router which supports up to 30 devices to connect at the same time. Users can simply insert a 5G SIM card into the Router, connect it to a power source and start using the 5G network.
However, it should be noted that unifi Air 5G requires a 24-month contract and an upfront payment of RM149. Although unifi Air 5G claims to offer unlimited 5G internet data, users are still required to comply with the Fair User Usage Policy (FUP).
If the unifi Air 5G is too expensive for you, you can also sign up for the unifi Air 4G LTE package for RM79. However, this package can only access the internet on 4G network.
