When is the next school holiday after the 9-day Labour Day and Hari Raya school holidays?
In June, primary and secondary schools in our country will have another nine days of holiday. The June school holiday is the first mid-semester break.
From June 3 to June 11, 2022, schools in Group A (Johor, Kedah, Kelantan, and Terengganu) will be closed, with schools reopening on June 12.
From 4 to 12 June 2022, schools in Group B (Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, Pahang, Perak, Perlis, Penang, Sabah, Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, Labuan, and Putrajaya) will be closed. The second semester will begin on June 13 in these states.
Notice! Sarawak celebrates Dayak holidays on June 1 and 2, and has a special school holiday on June 3. In other words, Sarawak’s schools will be closed for a 12-day holiday from June 1 to June 12.
