What should you do when you found out that TNG Card and Touch ‘n Go eWallet are both charged by tolls?

According to a message from the Touch ‘n Go company, to avoid unnecessary charges, drivers who have installed RFID tags are urged to only use RFID channels to enter and exit highway toll gates. If you find that your TNG Card and Touch ‘n Go eWallet are both charged by tolls, you can file a complaint and claim back the overpaid toll fees.

You can claim back the overpaid toll fees through multiple channels, such as email, Facebook and Twitter, hotline, etc.

You can visit https://customerservice.touchngo.com.my/eservices/ to contact the Touch ‘n Go company and indicate that tolls are double levied.

You can dial +603 2714 8888 from 8am to 8pm from Monday to Friday.
