The biggest problem for Prepaid users is that they need to top up every month to stay active. If you don’t top up your mobile number, it becomes inactive and you will only be able to receive calls, not dial or access the internet.
To solve this problem, Digi and Hotlink both offer a 365-day active service.
1. Digi
Digi has been offering Super Long Life, which means that users can purchase this service for six months or a year. Users can purchase 180 days or half a year for RM68, or 365 days for RM108.
This can be purchased through the MyDigi APP by going to the Reload page, selecting Validity and then purchasing Super Long Life.
However, it is important to note that each Digi package offers a different Super Long Life option, the above Super Long Life packages are only available for Prepaid NEXT and Raja Kombo.
2. Hotlink
As long as you are a Hotlink Pantas subscriber, you can purchase 365 days of active membership for RM30. To purchase the package, you can open the Hotlink App, go to the Buy Data page and select Lain-lain to find a 365-day active package. Once you have signed up for this package, you will be entitled to 365 days of activity.
