The workers bowed their heads and pushed their phones when he noticed them at work. The aunts will snap photos to inform the supervisor.
The wage earner was honest in admitting that this scenario has bothered him for a long time and that periodically checking his mobile phone while at work is not excessive. Additionally, he and his coworkers are providing excellent customer service, so they are unaware of the importance of the company’s actions.
The wage earner also disclosed that the business only paid RM10 per hour in overtime over the weekends and never offered double or treble pay during public holidays. He afterwards asked online users, “By the way, is this legal?”
