But what happens if eat apple at night?

Eating apples at night can interfere with sleep because the fibre in apples stimulates bowel movements, so the undigested fibre can produce gas during sleep, which can lead to a bloated stomach the next morning.

There is also the fact that the organic acids contained in apples increase the acidity of the stomach. If this continues to hurt the stomach repeatedly, over time stomach problems can develop, so it is best to consume apples in the morning.
