Currently, WhatsApp users have three options to decide to whom they want their Last Seen time to be disclosed: Everyone, My Contacts and Nobody.
In the latest Beta version, WhatsApp will add the option to hide the Last Seen time only for certain contacts (My Contacts except).
With this feature, users can choose to make Last Seen time available to all contacts, while additionally manually entering specific contacts who cannot see your Last Seen time.
In any case, if you disable specific contacts from viewing your Last Seen time, you will also not be able to see their Last Seen time.
