TNG eWallet to launch TapSecure authentication feature, an account can only be bound to one phone.

Touch ‘n Go eWallet may launch TapSecure verified transactions on March 23, only the phone that has been bound can verify transactions.

In order to make Touch ‘n Go eWallet safer to use, Touch ‘n Go eWallet in 2022 has announced that it will launch a more secure way to verify transactions, and now there is news that Touch ‘n Go eWallet will be officially launched on March 23rd. The official launch of this feature on March 23rd.

It is understood that the new Touch ‘n Go eWallet verification transaction method is called TapSecure, that is, only the cell phone that has been bound to the account can be verified. If your Touch ‘n Go eWallet is logged in by an unfamiliar device, the device will not be able to make any transfers.

Each Touch ‘n Go eWallet account can only be tied to 1 phone, so to tie your Touch ‘n Go eWallet account to a new device, you will need to untie your old phone first.

After the TapSecure feature goes live, when users make a transfer, a transaction notification will pop up on the phone and users will need to enter the pop-up window and select Yes to approve the transaction or No to reject the transaction. If the user does not approve the transaction within 60 seconds, the transaction will be automatically canceled.
