The specific steps are as follows
1. First, click into the Touch ‘n Go eRefund page, slide to the bottom and click on [sini].
2. Fill in the relevant TNG card information
3. Fill in the personal and refund information, confirm and click [submit].
After completing the above steps, you will receive a confirmation email from Touch ‘n Go. After the application is approved, the applicant will be able to receive the refund amount for the relevant TNG card within 30 days.
