3 students reported being beaten up by their seniors at a religious boarding school in Nilai.
Supt Mohd Fazley Ab Rahman, Nilai district police commander, said police received three reports on the incident from the victims, all of whom are Form Two students.
They claimed they were assaulted by Form Four classmates and suffered bodily injuries as a result. All three went to the Tuanku Ja’afar Hospital for outpatient care.
Two senior students have been recognised by police as potential witnesses in this case. According to Mohd Fazley, investigations into whether more pupils were involved are still ongoing.
Mohd Fazley stated that the case is being examined under Section 324 of the Penal Code for causing harm voluntarily with dangerous weapons or means.
