The Penang Water Supply Agency has issued a water restriction notice, and many areas in Daerah Seberang Perai Tengah and Seberang Perai Utara will be without water for 48 hours.
According to a statement issued by the Penang Water Supply Agency (PBA), due to the upgrading of the Sungai Lai Water Treatment Station, there will be a system of restrictions in many areas in Seberang Perai Utara and Daerah Seberang Perai Tengah from December 2 to 4, 2022.
The water production time will be from 10:00 p.m. on December 2 to 10:00 p.m. on December 4, 2022, and 200,000 users are expected to be affected.
