The first phase of the STR grant is starting now, people can go online to find out if they can get the grant and how much they can get.
The Sumbangan Tunai Rahmah or STR is a government program that will replace the previous BKM from 2023 onwards.
The first phase of the STR grant will be distributed in phases from January 17. A total of 8.7 million people will benefit from the first phase of STR, involving a total amount of RM1.67 billion.
In the first phase of STR, the family group will receive RM300, the unpartnered elderly will also receive RM100 and the single group will receive RM100.

After logging in, you can select Semak Status which will show you the total amount of STR grant you are entitled to and also the status of this grant.
To find out how much STR money you are eligible to receive online
Step 1: Go to https://bantuantunai.hasil.gov.my/.
Step 2: Login to your account and select Semak Status.
Step 3: Click on Maklumat Bayaran.
Step 4: The system will show you the amount of money you are eligible to receive and the status of your remittance.
