Is your MySejahtera application still active? In fact, MySejahtera has progressed from its initial position as a tool to combat the COVID-19 epidemic to a full public health platform, offering users more features and services to suit their health and well-being needs.
Recently, netizens have shared their experiences arranging dental appointments using the MySejahtera app, expressing their delight with the entire booking procedure and the dental services they received. Furthermore, MySejahtera’s dental appointment rates are relatively reasonable, costing only RM3. Many users have been pleasantly delighted, discovering that MySejahtera offers much more than just a COVID-19 management application.
In fact, MySejahtera announced the availability of government dental appointment services as early as March of this year. Users can simply book dental services based on their requirements and availability, avoiding the need to wait in the clinic. Although the appointment system was previously only offered at dental clinics in Melaka and Penang states in March, beginning in May, all government dental clinics offer appointment services.
The procedure for scheduling a dental appointment is easy:
- On the MySejahtera app, go to the “Appointments / Temu Janji” area.
- After entering your name, select the service you need, such as “Dental Check-Up / Perkhidmatan Kesihatan Pergigian.”
- Enter your postal code or location.
- Select the government dental clinic where you want to book an appointment.
- Choose a date and time.
You’re done once you’ve finished these steps! Arrive at the clinic on time for your appointment and register at the counter using MySejahtera. Then, you’ll have to wait for your dental exam. Don’t forget to bring some cash because you’ll need to pay an RM1 registration charge as well as an RM2 examination and cleaning cost at government dental facilities.
Overall, the addition of dental appointments to MySejahtera has increased user convenience and access to cheap dental care. Users can now use this tool to prioritise their oral health and well-being.
