The mortgage provident fund deposit application bank loan plan (FSA2) has been formally introduced by BSN, and applications may now be submitted on the company’s website.
The Mortgage Provident Fund Deposit Application Loan Scheme (FSA2) is now accepting applications, per the National Savings Bank’s (BSN) official website. Applicants must be Provident Fund Board members aged 40 to 50.
Since the SBR is currently at 2.75% and the loan interest rate supplied by BSN is SBR + 1.75%, the annual loan interest rate is 4.50%. The loan interest rate will change if Bank Negara changes the SBR interest rate in the future.
The public can still only apply for loans between RM3,000 and RM50,000, which can be repaid over a maximum of 10 years or when the member reaches the age of 55.
