Mini has announced that it has developed a Pikachu-themed concept electric car in cooperation with Pokemon. Mini also demonstrated the “Pokemon mode” at the live event at the opening night of the Cologne International Game Show.
Notably, the Mini concept car can be seen in a short 30-second concept video that connects to a game console and can even use the car to project the game onto objects in front of it.
The car is said to be based on Mini’s Aceman concept car announced in July, and the vehicle has a “Pokemon mode” where Pikachu will occupy the vehicle’s main display when it starts up, and its iconic digital lightning bolt will run across the entire dashboard.
But at present Mini does not provide any information about the car will support which game machine, plus the video shows only a concept car, whether it will be mass production, pending the release of further official news… But if you like Pokemon mode, you might as well leave a comment and discuss it with us!
