You can choose to terminate your RFID tag in 3 situations, i.e. if the vehicle is lost or stolen, if the owner sells the vehicle, and if the RFID tag is damaged and undetectable.
You can terminate the RFID Tag directly online, you do not need to call Touch ‘n Go’s hotline or visit Touch ‘n Go’s service counter.

Step 1: Browse and login to your TNG account at https://rfid.touchngo.com.my/login and click on My Vehicles.
Step 2: Select the vehicle you want to terminate.
Step 3: The vehicle information will be displayed, click on the ACTIONS button.
Step 4: Select the Terminate tag.
Step 5: Select the reason for termination.
Step 6: Confirm if you want to terminate the RFID Tag.
Step 7: Finish.
