Malaysia will have another securities trading platform, Webull.
Webull has been granted a trading license by the Malaysian Securities Commission (SC). This means that Webull will be able to trade securities and financial derivatives in Malaysia.
Webull, a subsidiary of Xiaomi Technology, was founded in 2017 and is a member of the US-based Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC) and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).Webull specializes in zero-commission trading services and only levies a very low platform usage fee.
Although Webull has been licensed by the Securities and Futures Commission of Malaysia, it is not yet officially open for the public to open an account, and Webull has previously launched free stock account opening benefits when landing in other markets, and when entering the Singaporean market, it is free to give away up to USD 100 worth of Apple’s crushed shares, so I believe that Webull will launch a similar benefit in Malaysia as well.
Let’s look forward to Webull.
