KWSP is expected to announce the latest dividend rate in mid-February and will suspend the update of member’s deposit data until then!
Have you noticed that your KWSP i-Akaun deposit data has been stuck at December 31, 2021 and has not been updated? That’s right! Members’ deposit data will be updated once the dividend is announced!
According to the information from the Employees Provident Fund Board (KWSP), i-Akaun’s member deposit data will be updated only after the dividend announcement. Currently, you can only see your deposit amount and transaction records from i-Akaun as of December 31, 2021. All transaction records after January 1, 2022 will not be displayed for the time being.
If you need to get your latest CPF deposit data during this period, you can visit your nearest CPF Board counter for processing.
In addition, KWSP has also announced that there will be system maintenance from 7:30pm on January 21 to 7:00pm on January 22. It will be impossible to browse and use myEPF website, i-Akaun and Kiosk during this period.
