Aside from “Temple Run,” another highly anticipated and popular mobile game when smartphones first became available was “Subway Surfers.” However, Kiloo Games, the game developer responsible for generating this mobile game, has announced layoffs and the closing of their studio after decades of business.
Jacob Møller created Kiloo Games in 2000 with the goal of developing games for mobile devices. They worked with SYBO Games in 2012 to develop the critically acclaimed game “Subway Surfers.” The game had over 1 billion downloads by 2018.
Despite the fact that the firm has dissolved, the game “Subway Surfers” continues to operate unaffected by the transfer of rights.
