Have you found that your KWSP i-Akaun deposit data has been stuck at December 31, 2021 and not updated? That’s right! Once the dividend is declared, members’ deposit data will be updated!
According to the information from the Employees Provident Fund Board (KWSP), i-Akaun’s member deposit data will be updated only after the dividend is announced. From previous years, the latest dividend announcement will be made in February.
Currently, you will only be able to see your deposit amounts from i-Akaun as of December 31, 2021, as well as transaction records prior to December 31. All transaction records from January 1, 2022 will not be displayed for the time being.
If you need to access your latest deposit data in the meantime, you can do so at the nearest Board counter.
