The primary database (PADU) established by the government has been officially opened, and the public can update their information from now until March 31, 2024.
People are urged to update their personal information so that they can continue to enjoy various subsidies and assistance provided by the government. If the public does not update their information, the government will not take any counteraction, but this may result in the public not being able to enjoy the subsidies and assistance provided by the government due to incorrect information.
When updating personal information in PADU, you need to register a login account first, and then you can update your personal information, such as basic personal information, address, education, family, job, income, burden, assistance, etc. After updating the data, you can choose to save it.
How to update personal information in PADU
Step 1: Browse to https://www.padu.gov.my/.
Step 2: Click on Daftar Sekarang.
Step 3: Enter your name, ID number, zip code, mobile phone number and email, and click Seterusnya.
Step 4: Enter the OTP received on your phone and click Seterusnya.
Step 5: Set the login password and click Seterusnya.
Step 6: Take a photo of the front and back of the MyKad and take a selfie to verify your identity.
Step 7: After completing the identity verification, you can browse the PADU webpage again to log in with your ID number and password.
Step 8: Review and update all personal information displayed by the system.
Step 9: Just save and exit after completing the update.
