You’ll always know where to find your daily schedule if you keep it in the same place every day. It is also easier to review previous schedules and include accurate information for that day.

2. Plan your day ahead of time
Making a plan before you start your day is a good practise. Once you have completed all of your tasks for the day, make a daily plan for the next day.

3. Make it a habit to plan your day.
Daily schedules often work best when they become a habit. Making the creation of a daily schedule a habit increases your chances of remembering to do it.

4. Establish a daily goal.
If you’re not sure where to begin when creating your daily schedule, try focusing on one major goal for the day. Once you’ve established a daily goal, you can break it down into smaller tasks that you can complete throughout the day.

5. Divide tasks into categories
Examine your most frequent tasks and make some categories to group related items. By categorising your tasks, you can better visualise what you have planned for the day.

Review your daily schedule at the end of each day. Look for any tasks that you didn’t have time to complete. When reviewing your day’s progress, consider whether tasks took you longer or shorter than expected. This will allow you to create a more precise schedule in the future.
