AirPods Pro Service Program for Sound Issues!

21/06/2022

According to an official release from Apple, a small number of AirPods Pro may have sound issues and the affected devices have a production date before October 2020.

Affected AirPods Pro may make popping or static noise when in use, and the noise may increase in noisy environments, while exercising, or during phone calls. The active noise cancellation feature on these AirPods Pro may not work properly, appear to lack bass effects, or have increased background sounds (such as street noise or airplane noise).

Apple urges users to take affected AirPods Pro to an authorized service provider for repair. When you send them in for repair, a technician will first check to see if your AirPods are eligible for this recall. AirPods Pro confirmed to be defective (left, right or both sides of the headphones) will be replaced; AirPods Pro charging cases are not affected and will not be replaced.
