Maybank has announced that the old (Classic) Maybank2u website will be discontinued from 2022 . All online transactions will have to be transferred to the new Maybank2u website. Many users are complaining that the new version of Maybank2u is so minimalistic that they can’t find the transfer receipt to download.
Usually people send the transfer receipt to the other party after completing the transfer. If you don’t have time or forget to download the transfer receipt immediately after completing the transfer, you can still download it later from the Maybank2u website.
To download the cell phone of the transfer, you can log in to your Maybank2u account and click on the three-dot option next to the account. Then select View Details and then M2U Transaction. You will see a download button next to each transaction and click on Download.

Step 1: Login to the Maybank2u website.
Step 2: Click on the three-dot option next to the account.
Step 3: Select View Details.
Step 4: Select M2U Transaction.
Step 5: Click on the transfer receipt you want to download.
