Some users have red code after updating MSJ, suggest not to update MSJ APP for now!

08/11/2021

Many people woke up early in the morning to find their MySejahtera turned red, and the reason given by MySejahtera was a system error!

According to MySejahtera’s tweet this morning, MySejahtera malfunctioned to issue the wrong home quarantine order to users. The authorities concerned have fixed the root cause of the error and removed all incorrect quarantine orders. However there are still a number of users who have yet to receive a fix for their problems.

It is known that many people suddenly received a quarantine order (HSO) or were ordered to conduct a test (PUS) after updating MySejahtera APP. If you are planning to update MySejahtera APP, you can stop for now so that MySejahtera will not display red code to affect your schedule.

If you continue to face MySejahtera red codes, you can try to log out of MySejahtera, then uninstall MySejahtera APP, then reinstall MySejahtera APP, and then log back into your MySejahtera account. Attention! Make sure you remember your MySejahtera username and password when logging out of the MySejahtera APP.

Citizens can also try to seek help through MySejahtera’s Helpdesk. Go to Helpdesk and select K, Saya ingin bertanya mengenai kategori risiko / penilaian kesihatan. then select A, Saya ingin membuat penilaian semula. and then click A, Penilian kesihatan saya, then select B, untuk membuat semula penilaian, and then enter the problem you are having, such as Status saya jadi HOS / PUS tanpa alasan.
