Kevin Maginnis, a 56-year-old American man, said in a TikTok video that his weight had reached 108 kilos. As a result, he decided to reduce weight, but his strategy involved eating solely McDonald’s for 100 straight days.
Throughout the video, Kevin highlighted that “how much you eat,” rather than “what you eat,” is the key to weight loss. As a result, he did not avoid eating high-calorie foods like burgers and hash browns. The remarkable thing, however, is that Kevin dropped 4.5 kilograms in the first week of the weight assessment, which many netizens found shocking!
Kevin published the specifics of the weight loss plan’s application with netizens after verifying that this strategy was successful. He claimed that after the challenge began, he stopped eating all snacks, drank only water, and only took half of each meal though he was still allowed to order anything from the McDonald’s menu, including desserts. He made the point that his weight loss strategy allows you to completely enjoy tasty meals while also losing weight, thus killing two birds with one stone!
