Since the outbreak of coronary disease in our country, the government has implemented the MySejahtera APP, and people are required to use MySejahtera to register when they enter public places.
MySejahtera not only provides registration purpose but also provides the function to check the vaccination certificate. If you forget your MySejahtera password, you can choose to reset it.
Before resetting your MySejahtera password, you must ensure that you remember your MySejahtera ID, which can be your cell phone number or email address. You can find your MySejahtera ID on the MySejahtera Profile page.
You can then select Lupa Kata Laluan on the MySejahtera login page and enter your MySejahtera ID. If you are using your cell phone number as your MySejahtera ID, you must enter the country code, which is 60. e.g. if your cell phone number is 016-8899001, you will need to enter 60168899001.
Then you will be given a link to reset your password via SMS or email, click on that link to reset your password and set a new one.
What should I do if I forget my MySejahtera password?
Step 1: Click on Lupa Kata Laluan on the MySejahtera homepage.
Step 2: Enter your MySejahtera ID. If you use your cell phone number as your MySejahtera ID, you need to enter the country code (60).
Step 3: Click on I’m not a robot, then click on Hantar.
Step 4: Perform Captcha and answer the security questions to verify your identity, and then click Hantar to submit.
Step 5: You will receive an SMS or email asking you to click on the link to reset your MySejahtera password.
Step 6: After clicking on the link, you will need to enter your new password and then click Reset Password.
Step 7: You will then be able to log in to MySejahtera with your new password.
