Foodpanda bolsters rider support in Malaysia and the region through the ‘double tips, double love’ campaign

Foodpanda has launched a ‘double tips, double love’ campaign to reward riders and walkers for their hard work. 100% of tips earned through the Foodpanda app will be credited to riders’ accounts without additional charges.

The ‘double tips, double love’ initiative will benefit 124,000 riders in Asia. Foodpanda Malaysia’s ‘double tips, double love’ campaign encourages riders to give back to their delivery partners and provide the best service. Chan encourages customers to give freely in Ramadan and ensures 100% of tips are channelled to delivery partners.

The tipping feature was introduced in 2021 to give customers an easy way to show appreciation for their riders. Foodpanda prioritises the well-being and safety of delivery partners to create a positive working environment. Foodpanda Malaysia provides insurance coverage for accidents, permanent disabilities, and death and tuition fees for up to an entire year for delivery partners. In addition, Foodpanda’s double tips, double love campaign highlights delivery partners’ dedication and effort.
