Family members must bring the original or a copy of the death certificate issued by the National Registration Office (JPN), as well as documents proving the relationship between the deceased and the family, such as a birth certificate, marriage certificate.

Notice! Death benefits are only available to BKM assisted family groups, single parents with child custody, widows or widows, and single seniors. Dependents to receive death benefit must be spouse, mother, father, child, sibling, or grandchild.
