The biggest problem for Prepaid users is that they need to top up every month to stay active. If you miss the top-up, your phone number will become inactive and you will only be able to receive calls, not dial or access the internet.
To solve this problem, Digi and Hotlink both offer a 365-day active service, but users need to pay for this service.
1. Digi
Digi has been offering Super Long Life service, which means users can enjoy six months or one year active period after purchasing this service. Users can purchase 180 days or six months of activity for RM68, or 365 days of activity for RM108.
Users can purchase it through MyDigi APP, which is to go to Reload page, select Validity, and then purchase Super Long Life.
However, it is important to note that each Digi package offers different Super Long Life options, the above Super Long Life packages are only available for Prepaid NEXT and Raja Kombo.
2. Hotlink
As long as you are a Hotlink Pantas subscriber, you can purchase 365 days of active membership for RM30. To purchase, you can open the Hotlink APP, go to the Buy Data page, then select Lain-lain and you will find a 365-day active package. After signing up for this package, you will be able to enjoy 365 days active period.
