Celcom customers are advised that Celcom has announced another week of network maintenance, during which customers may face slow or interrupted internet.
According to Celcom’s website, Scheduled Network Maintenance will be carried out from August 20 to August 25 in various areas of the country. Users may be unable to dial up and access the internet.
However, it is important to note that most of these network maintenance works will be carried out at night, i.e. between 12am and 6am.
If you are still experiencing network problems after the network maintenance work has been completed, you can try turning on your phone’s Flight Mode and then turning off Airplane Mode after a few minutes to refresh your network connection.
