BigPay is an e-wallet platform under Capital A (formerly known as AirAsia Group). You can choose to pay directly through BigPay when you use Capital A’s services such as buying AirAsia tickets and ordering AirAsia Food
To transfer funds from BigPay to another e-wallet platform or bank account, you can open BigPay and go to the Payment function, where you will see the DuitNow Transfer function. Once you have entered the recipient’s details and completed the transfer process, the recipient will receive the money immediately.
You can also click on Setting to view your DuitNow account number.
