These areas are monitored by AES cameras.

Are you planning on traveling or balik kampung during Labor Day and Eid al-Fitr holiday? Then, not only to avoid traffic summons, but also to travel safely and return home, you must follow the traffic rules.

Our country currently has 45 Automated Enforcement Systems (AES). When passing through these places, do not exceed the legal speed limit.

The traffic flow on various highways will often increase before and during the festival season, as will the incidence of highway accidents. The JPJ has deployed the AES in 45 districts around the country to decrease traffic accidents caused by speeding drivers.

All speeding summons will costed RM300 and given demerit points. The licence will be frozen after the particular points have been accumulated.

We’ve compiled a list of 45 AESs in Malaysia, 29 of which are for speeding and the remaining 16 for running red lights.
