A few days ago, a Malaysian man shared his own experience, saying that he was constantly cut when he was cooking shrimp and cleaning it, but he ignored it. What he didn’t expect was that it was because of this accident that he entered the ICU.

The man said that when he was cut by the shrimp shell, he only felt a little stinging pain, and he didn’t care if he only felt a slight cut. Unexpectedly, the next day, his fingers inexplicably began to turn black, and he still had a fever!
Seeing that his condition was not good, the man immediately went to the clinic for medical treatment, but the clinic doctor advised him to go directly to the hospital for treatment. On his arrival at the hospital that night, he was immediately sent to the operating room for surgery. He stayed in the hospital for 7 days and ICU for 2 days, and his finger was cut off.

The man pointed out that after diagnosis, the doctor found that he was infected by “carnivorous bacteria”, but fortunately he was rescued in time, otherwise he might have to cut off his whole arm because the bacteria had infected his armpit and even other parts of the body.

The man put forward this point, and through his own experience, he hoped that everyone should pay more attention when handling the ingredients and avoid a tragedy like him. Whether it is shrimp or other seafood, remember to pay attention when cleaning.
