Attention all Hong Leong Bank credit card holders! Credit card paper billing fee will be increased from RM1.00 to RM2.00.
According to a news release from Hong Leong Bank, the Credit Card Paper Statement fee will be increased from RM1.00 to RM2.00 from February 1, 2024 onwards.
This measure is not applicable to senior citizens aged 60 years or above, and is also not applicable to those who are exempted. If you are in need of paper bills, you may apply to Hong Leong Bank for a waiver, which will be granted on a case-by-case basis.
Hong Leong Bank credit cardholders are encouraged to use e-billing to reduce paper waste. There is no fee for using e-billing.
For Hong Leong Bank credit cardholders who would like to switch to e-billing, you can log on to HLB Connect, then go to Statement/Invoice section, select Email Subscription, then Statement Subscription and check the Stop Hack Copy Statement option. check box.
You can then go to Statement/Invoice, then select Online Statement and choose Download Statement to view your e-bill.
