Apple ad was leaked! Confirmation of major changes coming to the iPhone 14 Pro!

29/05/2022

We’re still a few months away from Apple’s launch of the iPhone 14 series, but the new screen design for the iPhone 14 Pro appears to have been confirmed in leaked artwork from an Apple Pay ad!

The video in question was uploaded to YouTube by the Apple Archive Thai channel, and while it’s only 15 seconds long, it’s realistic in demonstrating the basic process of using Apple Pay in stores, with stylized images of the phone apparently having a pair of smaller screen holes in place of the notch.

According to the tipster, the Face ID sensor will be located in a slimmer diamond shape on the left side, while the front camera will occupy a pinhole on the right side. Many people remain half-hearted about whether the video makes sense, especially since Apple Archive Thai is a little-known channel with relatively few subscribers and not much of a track record to speak of, but if it’s fake, then let’s just say the makers did a pretty good job of capturing Apple’s visual and musical aesthetic.

Foreign media outlet cnBeta feels the existence of the video makes sense, as Apple will want to have a full suite of marketing materials ready to familiarize customers with the new design by the time the iPhone 14 Pro is revealed, and updating everything to show the iPhone 14 Pro instead of the iPhone 13 Pro is a huge undertaking. With launch less than four months away, plenty of finished or near-finished videos like this one will be circulating around Apple Park, won’t they?
