In China, a man continued working out for longer than eight hours each day. He is now having problems walking as a result of the excessive amount of exercise!
Sina News reports that the man enjoys sports. He has been swimming for two hours a day, doing 800 sit-ups, and occasionally combining different workouts like push-ups, badminton, and walking since he was in his 40s. He exercises for more than 8 hours each day and has done so for the past 10 to 20 years.
But one day, the man discovered that he was suddenly unable to walk and that his knee joint was in excruciating pain. As a result, he made a quick visit to the doctor. After the doctor examined the patient, it was discovered that the man had very bad osteoarthritis and was currently unable to walk as a result of the long-term heavy exercise.
Hence, exercise should be done properly and not in excess! Don’t believe the myth that more intense exercise produces better results!
