Attention CIMB e Credit Card holders! Topping up your eWallet will no longer be eligible for bonus points.
According to CIMB, the terms and conditions of the CIMB e Credit Card will be changed from January 1, 2024, which means that you will no longer be able to earn Bonus Points for eWallet top-ups.
The main attraction of the CIMB e Credit Card is that on the 28th of every month, you can earn 12 times the bonus points on touchless purchases, online purchases, automatic bill payments and e-wallet top-ups.
But with no more points on e-wallet top-ups, this means the credit card is no longer attractive.
To accumulate points faster in the future, CIMB e Credit Card holders can only swipe their card touch-free in-store, make purchases at e-commerce or use it for auto bill pay on the 28th.
